I’m the founder of Williams Personal Safety. As a woman, I believe there is nothing more empowering than having the confidence and ability to stand up for yourself and those around you. After experiencing an attack myself, I understand first-hand how important it is for women to feel confident, aware, and capable of protecting themselves.
Martial arts transformed my confidence and self-belief, and now my mission is to help other women experience that same empowerment.

Here are some questions frequently asked by my clients.
Not at all. You don’t need any previous fitness or martial arts experience to begin. My sessions are tailored to your individual ability and fitness level, and we’ll progress at a pace that feels comfortable for you. The goal is to help you build confidence, skills, and fitness over time in a supportive environment.
Your first 30-minute introductory session is free, giving us a chance to meet, discuss your goals, and see if the coaching is right for you.
After your introduction session:
• £25 per session
• £200 for a block of 10 sessions
Sessions take place in a safe training environment in Abingdon, Oxfordshire where you can learn and practise techniques comfortably. Full details will be provided when booking.
Sessions typically last around 60 minutes, giving us plenty of time to work on techniques, fitness, and personal safety skills.
Yes. Alongside my private 1–2–1 coaching sessions, I also run a variety of personal safety events within the community. I can also be booked for workshops, seminars, and community events for groups, organisations, or workplaces. If you’re interested in arranging an event, please feel free to get in touch.
